Dispute resolution
Karbonet is sold only to businesses. We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, VSBG).
The European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform for consumers was shut down on 20 July 2025, so there is no such platform to refer to any more.
