Monthly allowances (records and reports) are counted over the trailing 30 days on monthly billing and 12× over the trailing 365 days on annual billing. Trial allowances are totals for the whole trial. Usage is counted when it happens; deleting a record does not give the allowance back.

Yes. Every payment produces an electronic invoice through Stripe, and workspace owners can download all invoices from the billing portal at any time. Prices exclude VAT. Checkout asks for your billing address and VAT or tax ID. If no VAT appears on your invoice, none was charged: where your country applies the reverse-charge mechanism to services bought from a foreign supplier — business customers in the EU, for example — you account for it yourself. Business customers in Türkiye buying a service from a supplier abroad generally declare the VAT themselves as “sorumlu sıfatıyla KDV” (KDV-2). If a law requires you to withhold tax from a payment to us, the Terms ask you to gross up the payment so that the invoiced amount reaches us. Nothing is charged, because we never asked for a card. Your workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, view everything, export your records as CSV and download the reports you generated. Subscribe whenever you are ready and it is fully writable again. We do not delete a workspace because a trial ended. Full wording: Refunds & Cancellation
Every emission or offset entry you create — typed in, imported from CSV, sent through the API or submitted by a supplier through their link — counts once towards the monthly allowance at the moment it is created. Deleting it afterwards does not give the allowance back. On annual billing the allowance is twelve times the monthly figure over the year.
A CBAM installation is a production site — a plant — for which you report embedded emissions, together with the goods it produces. Starter includes none, Exporter one and Scale three; the add-on adds another (with its goods and records) up to the maximum shown above. A deleted installation keeps its slot for twelve months so that sites cannot be rotated through one slot; only an installation deleted within a day of being created that never held a good or a record frees it immediately.
The self-serve subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe Checkout, monthly or annually. Enterprise subscriptions are set up with an order form and their annual invoices can be paid by bank transfer.
In the app, under Billing, a workspace owner opens the Stripe billing portal and cancels in two clicks. No notice period and no fee. The subscription runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, then the workspace becomes read-only — your data stays viewable and exportable.
